Digital Delivery Policy

Digital services are delivered through the customer account, email, WhatsApp or Telegram after successful payment. Access details are usually provided shortly after payment confirmation. Physical products, such as Android TV boxes, are delivered or handed over separately by prior arrangement.

TVDREAMS4U delivers physical products throughout Israel.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Express delivery is available for an additional fee — contact us before purchase to check availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and product weight.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a minimum amount.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
