Digital services (IPTV subscriptions) are available immediately after purchase and activation — no shipping required.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Express delivery is available for an additional fee — contact us before purchase to check availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and product weight.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a minimum amount.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

You can track your order through the courier company's website.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For digital services (IPTV), full remote setup and support is available — no physical visit required.
