Digital services such as IPTV subscriptions are considered used upon activation of the service or provision of access credentials.
After activation, refunds are generally not possible, except as provided by applicable Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
For physical products (TV boxes and accessories), a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in good condition.
To request a refund, please contact us by email within 14 days of purchase.
Include: order number, full name, and a description of the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Services that have already been activated and used
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Products without original packaging
