The service is a digital service. After access details, a link, username, password, playlist or activation data have been delivered to the customer, cancellation and refund are not possible, except in cases where the service was not provided or a material technical issue caused by the business prevents the service from working. Before access details are delivered, the customer may request cancellation.
For physical products (TV boxes and accessories), a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in good condition.
To request a refund, please contact us by email within 14 days of purchase.
Include: order number, full name, and a description of the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
